Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- To achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets given by the Company in promoting and selling training courses and products to existing, new and potential clients.
- The individual is responsible on bringing sales to the Company by managing clients and partners relationships.
- To generate and build new accounts (clients and partners) while maintaining existing accounts.
- Promptly respond to sales enquiries and ensure proper tracking of all training opportunities.
- Proactive and regular update and report to be submitted to Management on sales pipeline and account plans.
- Follow up on all sales activities from quotation, registration, invoicing and collection of payment.
- Involve in preparation of sales proposal and presentations.
- Besides participating in sales forecasting, the individual will provide suggestion and recommendation to increase revenue and profit.
- Work closely with company's training consultants to update marketing goals to reflect focus on increasing sales revenue and update clients’ feedback to the team for any improvement.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years of sales or marketing experience in the IT or training business.
- Good track record in sales and marketing.
- A team player and presentable with good interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills would be ideal.
- Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
