Admin Executive cum In-house Sales
Responsibilities:
- Formulate, co-ordinate and implement administrative policies and procedures
- To assist in routine office administration work which include documentation, filing, correspondences, co-ordinate, training class administration & follow-up administrative/finance job.
- Calling customer to close sales
- Provide Sales support task to Sales Engineer or Managers including assist in prepare quotation and proposal
- Follow up on all sales activities from quotation, registration, invoicing and collection of payment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar capacity preferably in administration
- Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability and commitment to organize meetings, conduct trainings and follow-up actions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under minimum supervision and good interaction with people at all levels
- Mature, dedicated and committed to producing excellent results
